Arcadia Studio provides interior design services including but not limited to residential design, commercial design, consultation services, styling and decoration, renovation management, and custom furniture design. To facilitate the successful completion of design projects, clients are expected to:

- Make timely decisions and provide feedback when requested
- Attend scheduled meetings and be available for consultations as needed

- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations
Delays or additional costs resulting from client actions or inactions may result in project timeline extensions or additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcadia Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
- Any content obtained from the Website
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to such claims.

For design projects in progress, termination terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date and any non-cancelable expenses incurred.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Sydney, Australia.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
